Orpheus Meet · Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace
Meeting room booking for Outlook, Teams and Google Workspace.
Your team books as usual, from their calendar. Meet adds what the calendar doesn’t know: whether the room fits the group, whether people have arrived and whether it’s been left empty.
From the invite
Invite your team. The room sorts itself out.
Create the meeting in Outlook, Teams or Google Calendar as usual. Meet counts how many of you there are, checks which rooms are free at that time and books the one that fits. No hunting for a room by hand, and no taking a ten-seat room for two people.
You create the meeting and invite 5 people. That makes 6.
On every room’s door
The calendar finally knows what’s happening in the room.
The right room gets booked
You invite your team and Meet books a free room of the right size. The big rooms stay free for big groups.
Checks itself in
When the group walks in, the sensor detects it. Nobody has to tap “We’re here” on the screen.
Frees itself
If nobody has arrived after 10 minutes, or the group leaves early, the room is free again in the calendar.
Books itself on walk-in
If someone walks into a free room without a booking, the room books itself and the door shows it straight away.

Want to see it with your calendar?
Leave your name and email and we’ll tell you how Meet would work with your rooms and your Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace.
With the calendar you already use
Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace. No change of tools.
Microsoft 365
Outlook and Teams
- Uses the room mailboxes you already have in Exchange Online.
- Meet reads and writes each room’s calendar: what happens at the door goes back to Outlook and Teams.
- Your team books just as it does today, from the calendar or from Teams.
Google Workspace
Google Calendar
- Uses your Google Calendar room resources.
- Bookings appear on each room’s door and changes go back to the calendar.
- Nothing new to learn: people book as usual.
Using another calendar? Tell us and we’ll look into it.
For IT
Nothing to install on people’s computers.
No new apps
People stay in Outlook, Teams or Google Calendar. The door screen is the only new touchpoint.
Nothing touching your network
The sensors send their data through their own Hub, over the mobile network. They don’t use your Wi-Fi or your local network.
No images
The sensors count people without recording or sending images. They don’t identify anyone.
