Privacy policy
Last updated: 18 October 2026
The short version: this website doesn’t ask you for anything to get in, doesn’t track you and doesn’t use analytics. We only keep your data if you write to us, and only to reply.
The full version, with no small print, complies with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD). This is an English translation for convenience; if it differs from the Spanish version, the Spanish version prevails.
Who the controller is
- Company: Orpheus Solutions S.L. (Tax ID B55320311)
- Registered office: Carrer Santa Eugènia, 42, 17005 Girona (Spain)
- Email for legal and data matters: legal@orph.eus
What data we keep (and what we don’t)
You don’t need to give us any data to browse the website. There’s no sign-up, no newsletter, no analytics and no advertising.
If you write to us by email or through the form, we keep what you tell us:
- Your name, your work email and your company.
- Which product you’re interested in and the message you send.
- Your phone number, if you give it to us.
In addition, the server hosting the website logs technical connection data, such as the IP address. It’s the minimum needed for the website to work and stay protected.
What we use it for and on what basis
For one thing only: to read your message, reply and, if it fits, prepare a proposal. We don’t use it for anything else and we won’t write to you about things you haven’t asked for.
We do so because you gave us your consent by writing to us and because, if you want a proposal, we process your data to prepare it (GDPR, Art. 6.1.a and 6.1.b). You can withdraw your consent at any time.
How long we keep it
For as long as we’re talking to you. After that, only for as long as the law requires for possible claims. If the conversation doesn’t go anywhere, we delete it after a reasonable time.
And if you ask us to delete it sooner, we delete it.
Who we share it with
We don’t sell or transfer your data. It’s only seen by the providers we need in order to work, acting on our behalf under contract and confidentiality obligations: those who host the website, deliver the contact form, filter spam and provide our email.
Some of them may process data outside the European Economic Area. When that happens, the transfer is made with the safeguards set out in the GDPR, such as the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
Beyond that, we would only share data if required by law.
Your rights
It’s your data, so you can ask us at any time to:
- Tell you what data of yours we hold.
- Correct it.
- Delete it.
- Restrict or object to its use.
- Give it to you in a format you can reuse.
Write to legal@orph.eus, tell us who you are and what you’d like to request, and we’ll get back to you. If you think we haven’t handled it properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
What happens inside the platform
This policy covers the website only. Data processed inside Orpheus (Space, Meet, Cafe and Gear) is governed by the contract with each client.
YouTube videos
Some pages have videos. Nothing from YouTube loads until you press play. From then on, YouTube may process data under its own policy. There’s more detail in the cookie policy.
If this changes
If we change anything about how we process data, we’ll update it here. The version you see is always the current one.
