For Workplace, Facilities, People and Finance teams

The workplace truth.

We use sensors to measure how your office is really used and how it feels. So you decide on space, meeting rooms and services with data, not assumptions.

What badges and bookings say

What the calendar says

What the plan says

What the complaints say

Floor 3 · Tuesday

Everyone came in.
Every desk, booked.

Meeting rooms · Thursday

Not one room free
until 17:00.

HQ · 240 desks

We’re out of space.
We need to find
another floor.

Floor 2 · Monday

“It’s cold.”
Turn up the heating
on the whole floor.

What Orpheus measures

Floor 3 · Tuesday · sensors

Half the floor empty
all morning.
The desks are still
unused.

Meeting rooms · Thursday · sensors

Montserrat, booked
all afternoon: empty.
Santorini: 2 people
in 8 seats.

HQ · three months · sensors

The peak never tops
150 people.
You already have
a floor to spare.

Floor 2 · Monday · sensors

Only the north zone
is at 19.5 °C.
The rest is in range.

The problem

You already have plenty of information. None of it tells you how the building is used.

  • Badge data

tells you how many people came in. Not where they went, how long they stayed or what space they needed. And three people can walk in on one badge.

  • Bookings

tell you who wanted a room or a desk. Not who turned up. And in many offices, desks aren't even booked.

  • The floor plan

tells you how many desks fit. Not how many are used on an ordinary Tuesday.

  • Complaints

tell you it's cold or the canteen is packed. And they arrive when it's already too late.

The same floor, a Tuesday at 11:00

What you see today. And what really happens.

Drag the line across the floor. On one side, bookings, floor plans and complaints. On the other, what Orpheus measures: where people are and where you need to look.

Real data · the average Orpheus building

The plan says 100%. The building says otherwise.

This occupancy isn't a simulation: it's the average across our hybrid-working clients' buildings, measured before they acted. And when you count people instead of desks, the cost of each one soars.

  • Clients with hybrid working
  • Measured with sensors, not surveys
  • Before changing anything

“I'm asked to justify every square metre. And to plan the next office without knowing how this one is used.”

Defend every square metre with what really happens.

  • Real occupancy by floor, zone and hour, day by day.
  • Which spaces are surplus, which are overcrowded and what kind of space is missing.
  • The effect of every change, measured before and after.

The decision you unlock

Reconfigure, consolidate or expand with data that stands up in front of the board.

OrpheusSpace

Your building, in data you can defend.

Space is the Orpheus platform. See the building live, analyse how it’s used and take a report to leadership without putting it together by hand.

OrpheusMeet

Meeting rooms that run themselves.

Meet puts every meeting in the room that fits the group and frees up the ones left empty. From the calendar or at the door, without anyone having to think about it.

The right room, automatically

Invite your team from Outlook, Teams or Google and Meet books a free room of the right size. Book at the door and it suggests the one that suits you best.

Checks itself in

When the group walks in, the sensor notices. Nobody has to tap “We’re here”.

Frees itself

If nobody has arrived after 10 minutes, or the group leaves early, the room is free again for someone else.

OrpheusCafe

Fewer queues and fewer complaints in the canteen.

With Cafe, every employee sees on their phone how busy it is and how long they’ll wait. So people spread out on their own, and anyone going down at rush hour already knows there’ll be a queue. And by mid-morning the kitchen knows how many will eat, so it cooks just enough.

For IT and cybersecurity

A rollout that doesn't touch your network.

Before anything is installed, IT and cybersecurity have to sign it off. With Orpheus it's quick: we measure with our own sensors and don't connect to your network, so there's nothing to open up or audit.

  • Stays off your network

The Hub connects over the mobile network (LTE). It doesn't use your Wi-Fi or your local network.

  • Plug and play

Some sensors run on batteries and others just plug into a socket. Not one extra cable.

  • Identifies no one

People are counted by AI inside the sensor itself. It records no images and only sends numbers.

  • With the calendar you already use

Meet syncs with Outlook, Teams or Google. Bookings appear on the door of each room by themselves.

Who analyses the data

Analyse it yourself, or let us do it with you.

Data is no use if nobody has time to look at it. If your team can't get to it, we'll be your workplace analyst.

How we work with you ›

On your own

Your team logs into Space, looks things up and exports what it needs. For teams that already work with data.

With us

We're an extra pair of hands for your team on the big space decisions ahead of you: consolidating floors, renegotiating space, opening or closing a site. We meet with you regularly, review the data and tell you what to change.

Let's see what your building needs.

Tell us how many sites and square metres you have and what you want to decide. If we're not a fit, we'll say so.
